had a very frustrating experience at this location on Sunday, 12/07/2026. To start, I was the only customer in the store, yet it took them almost 15 minutes just to greet me at the front desk. The employee was completely distracted, paying more attention to his wife and daughter (whom he brought to work) than to the customers. After giving me a quote, he assured me the tires were in stock. However, 20 minutes , employee named Chris came out to tell me they weren't in stock and that I’d have to wait until the next day. To make matters worse, they had already taken the tires off my truck, forcing me to wait even longer for nothing due to their poor communication. To top it off, when they finally brought my keys back, I had to wait another 10 minutes for the front desk guy to show up. He eventually walked out of a back room, once again with his wife. I understand family visits, but the complete lack of professionalism, terrible customer service, and total distraction from the staff is unaccept

My van would not start, and I selected this shop to be towed to, because it was close to where I broke down. I called ahead, and Chris and Jose fit me in close to closing. They diagnosed the issue as a failed starter. I live several hours away, and they were not going to be able to fix until the next day, which would have meant me sleeping in my van, in an unfamiliar area. They were able to get my van started, and advised me to just drive home, and not to turn off the engine on the trip home. They also waived the diagnostic fee, which I was super grateful for. Thank you, for being kind, and an honest shop. I made it home safely, where I have help from my regular mechanic. This shop seems to be what they claim, fast, friendly, and honest.

First Time at Big Brand Tire & Service - Made an appointment for a front end alignment and vehicle safety inspection- Recently purchased a vehicle for our College Age Daughters in School at NAU in Flagstaff - Just completed suspension work and installed new tires - Needed to get the alignment to complete the task I also requested the vehicle safety inspection to ensure that the vehicle was safe and there were no issues or concerns that would prevent our girls from traveling to and from NAU back to Peoria thru out the school year After the alignment and test drive the vehicle was parked out front and I was advised it was done . When asked about the Safety inspection, was advised everything looked good … ??? , the paper work given to me only verified the alignment with no vehicle safety inspection checklist or documentation … Based on my observations and documentation received, there was no vehicle safety inspection performed at the time of my appointment..

This shop is the best! I have brought every vehicle my family owns to this shop for the last 20 or so years, long before it changed from S and S to Big Brand. Mike and Dan were the best, and now that management has changed, we've remained very happy with the service we've gotten. Ricky is wonderful! We go for every oil change and repair, and we've found this shop to be honest, thorough, competent, and reasonably priced. They've gone above and beyond for me on several occasions, like looking at my car before a road trip. A part of my car broke a few weeks ago and I drove straight to this shop, where they zip tied it so I could drive, while also informing me of how to order parts to have it fixed as cheap as possible. They then prioritized getting my car in and fixed it for me and didn't even try to charge me. They care about their customers and the work that they do, and this will remain the shop that I recommend to anyone who asks.

Honestly I have never been a fan of BIG Brand Tire & Service especially with my previous experience at the location by my home however, this particular location and employees were absolutely outstanding. Friendly, courteous and professional. This location is not the closest to my home but it will be my go-to place.
